Vinyasa Flow is a moving meditation designed to give you a full body workout aimed to reduce your body’s aches and pains and your mind’s stress. This is a vigorous fast-paced class. You will be encouraged to use your breath to determine how deep you go in the poses. Each sequence offers you options to modify or amplify the poses allowing you to tailor the class to fit your needs. Suitable for those looking for an active, athletic practice. Not recommended for beginners unless they are up for a physically challenging class.
Flow & Restore
Sundays @ 5:45 p.m.
This class combines elements of vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga to help you release physical tension and promote mental relaxation. A gentle, grounding sequence will be used to open your body slowly. Bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks may be used to support long holds and promote deep release. Suitable for all levels of ability and experience as well as those new to yoga.

Gentle, restorative poses supported by props such as Iyengar chairs, bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, sandbags, and eye pillows for extended periods of stillness, promoting deep rest. Learn mindfulness techniques, such as breathwork and guided meditations, rooted in the Vipassana tradition.

Sunday slow Flow

Experience a full circle of healing facilitated by Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master, Alyssa Lauren Stone. We will begin with pranayama (breathwork) to promote circulation and move through a dynamic Vinyasa flow to build heat and energy. We will transition into a slower Yin-style practice to stretch and release tension in the deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissues, and prepare the body for a restful meditation. As a community, we will sync breath to movement and cultivate mindfulness for a transformative experience.
