Restorative yoga

Fridays @ 6:15 p.m.

Gentle, restorative poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, a sandbag, and an eye pillow for extended periods of stillness, and a long guided Savasana (corpse pose) for deep rest.

Alyssa is certified to teach Restorative yoga by Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD, a disciple of B.K.S. Iyengar, one of the founders of modern yoga.
